6 Week Fat Blasting TKO Camp
Become a “Total Knock Out” in 6 weeks!
 Our 6 Week Fat Blasting TKO Camp will run every Tuesday & Thursday at 6:00PM to 7:00PM @ Glamorgan Commuinuty Center
Our upbeat, and unique circuit style classes involves a series of stations each with a different focus, we will work your arms, abs, legs,bum and get your heart rate up using agility ladders, TRX, kettlebells, plyometirics, Bosu and steps to name a few. We will also incorporate basic fitness kickbxoing into the mix along with TABATA training!!
All Fitness levels and ages welcome **Yoga mat and a set of 5lb or 8lb weights are required, boxing gloves and pads are supplied however you are more than welcome to bring your own.
Min 10 Participants and Maximum 14

Fitness Kickboxing TBA
Looking to learn basic kickboxing moves while burning calories and losing inches? Getting tired of your same old work out routine or looking to add in an additional work out? Join our Level 2 Kickboxing Specialist once a week and learn the basics of kickboxing incorporated into cardio/drill exercises for an awesome work out that is empowering, stress-relieving and FUN!
No experience required all fitness levels and ages welcome come on your own or sign up with a friendspouse family member co-workerand take advantage of our partner/couple rate (hand wraps included)
