New You Fitness takes pride in each and every class that we teach! We offer a womens only class for thosee who prefer to womens only atmosphere. Each and every class offers something different to keep the body guessing and to ensure you are getting the maximum benefits for the full hour with a wide mixture of Kickboxing, plyometrics, agility ladders, medicine balls, TRX, circuit training and cardio. NYF offers an upbeat and friendly atmosphere with an outgoing instructor and music blasting in the background! By the end of the the session not only are you healthier, toned and more confident but you have also made new friends!
We also offer a once a week Kickboxing class for those of you are time restricted or looking to add something new to your current work out regime. Our class is open to both men and women of all ages, no previous experience required. This class is high energy, relieves stress and kicks some serious ass!! I have taken boot camps before so I was prepared to work hard. On the first day what I didn’t expect was the amazing results and the intensity of accountability that went along with it. Michelle takes the workouts very seriously and in return so do I. I feed off of her mood and intensity and it makes me work that much harder. I’ve never been to a class where it’s the same as a previous one which keeps me interested. I like that she walks around and checks everyone’s poses to make sure they are doing things right and not just instructing from the front of the class. She explains the reason for doing specific exercises and not just what the target areas are.
In one month of boot camps with Michelle my results were better than when I attended 2 months of 3x a week in another boot camp. Michelle has turned me into a FITcamp junky – I love how hard she makes me work. I love getting into shape the right way and not with some fad diet or latest pill on the market. The proof is all in the results that Michelle has helped me achieve.
Today I am able to wear a pair of pants that have been hanging in my closet for over 2 years but now have to buy new ones because they’re too big. How much more proof do you need?

I am getting married in July 2010 and started trying out different boot camps in spring 2009 in an attempt to get fit for my wedding. I was very disappointed with all the camps that I had attended and was about ready to give up on trying until I got an email saying there was a spot in Michelle’s FITcamp. I took a chance and decided to try one last fitness camp. I am SO glad that I did! I have attended several of Michelle’s FITcamps and look forward to many more.
She has pushed me to my full potential every class and given me everything I need to succeed in my fitness goals. Michelle will answer any questions posed to her and has been my fitness cheerleader from day one. Her enthusiasm and wit make classes a pleasure to attend and I find myself disappointed if I’m forced to miss one.
Everyone around me has noticed the results I’ve received from working out with Michelle and i’ve lost 20.5 inches from my arms, chest, waist, hips, buttocks and thighs. I feel great and have more energy throughout the day.

I took 12 weeks of FitCamp with Michelle. When we first started I was not sure what to expect because from day one she was tough, she pushed us with her motivation and encouragement, she made me want to work harder because she was so tough but so worth the effort.
Since being in her class I have lost 24.5 inches off my body. I have been a plus size woman for most of my adult life and until Michelle’s class I never felt that I could actually lose the extra weight. Now my pants are falling off and all my shirts are fitting way better.
She is worth the work!!

The 6 week bootcamp has helped me change my life and give me a new perspective on what it actually means to live a healthy lifestyle. I must admit that at the beginning I already had a negative mindset that I would not be able to accomplish any of my goals as the months prior I truly struggled to even kick start an exercise regime. After the first few classes, I found myself building up my confidence and creating meaningful bonds with the other ladies in the group. This truly motivated me to come into class and work as hard as the others were. It made me realize that if they can do it, so could I. I not only noticed results in my physical appearance but also in my mentality towards handling obstacles in my life. I am proud to say that this bootcamp was a total success in the sense that it has made me want to actually change my lifestyle by introducing fitness and healthy food options. I will take what I learned from this session and continue my way to reach all my goals that I have set for myself as I now know the only thing standing in my way is myself.
